What is Qiyas

Qiyas is applied to reach the solution of a problem from an already existing example.
It is used when the human wisdom cannot comprehented the law from the Holy Quran and Sunnah and the consensus of opinion cannot be agreed upon.
Applying wisdom in the light experiences of knowledge is reffered to as Qiyas.
The Holy Book Speaks directly not use alcohol as it invades the senses.
From this fact, it can be concluded that every addiction that can invade the senses is banned in Islam.
The Holy Quran says;

''Marry the women of your choice and two and three and four; but your fear that you shall not be able to deal justly then only one'' ! Eachknowledge.blogspot.com !
When the question rises about getting married, Islam allows Muslims to have four wives but it is up to a person to decide how many wives he can afford by doing justice.
During the friday prayer timings, the Quran wantss Muslims to stay away from the business activities so it can be deduced from this fact that all banking of other transactions should also be stopped.
Nomination of Abu Bakr (R.A) by Umar (R.A) as the Successor of the Prophet (ALAIH-E-SALAM) was Qiyas and it was done so on the precedent that Prophet (S) has appointed Abu Bakr (R.A) as the Ameer-e-Hajj and the leader of the Prayers during his life time.
