Prevention of Pimples or Acne

1. Constipation is the main reason of acne or Pimples.Treat it immediately, if you have this problem.
2. Drink lots of water to prevent major skin problems.Water is a thing through which you can make your skin better and more better.
3. Avoid eating chocolate, fried foods, refined sugar, although no specific food has been found to cause acne for everybody.
4. Do not try to prick and peel the acne or pimple as this can leave permanent marks on the face which can make your skin bad.
5. Keep your skin always clean by washing your face twice a days with very mild soap.Do not scrub your face, which can irritate the skin.The aim of washing is to remove dirt and oil from the pores.
6. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
7. Eating a natural diet consisting of liquid things means juicy foods are good.
8. Apply cucumber paste on your face.Wash it off after 20-30 minutes with lukewarm water.
9. Take B-complex and zinc supplements daily to strengthen the skins resistance to acne.
10.Whatever or not you have acne, it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells and extra oil from your skin surface.Washing more often than twice daily is not necessarily better;it may do more harm than good.Use warm, not hot, water because this is better for us.Using a harsh soap.
11.Many acne products contain ingredients that dry the skin, so always use a moisturizer that minimizes dryness.
12.Avid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hand.Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin.Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring.
13.The sun's ultraviolet rays can increase inflammation  and redness.Some acne medications may make your skin more sensitive to sunlight.Limit your time in the sun duration or during sun time, especially between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. and wear protective clothing.
